Laura met Thomas in France in 1996 while she was vacationing at a family friends house. In 1997, she moved there and shortly after starting college the two started dating. Thomas then ended up moving to the states with Laura and the rest, as you can see below, is histoire!
The wedding took place at Laura's aunt's beautiful country home in Bolton, MA. It could have been in Provence if I didn't know any better with sprays of lavender everywhere, french music, women in big hats speaking french, lots of wine and cheese and a very casual yet elegant overtone. They also incorporated other elements such as the homemade Chuppah, which literally means "that which covers or floats" in Hebrew, to symbolize protection and their new life together.
Yes, that is a red phone booth behind Laura, which is also conveniently a shower.
Here's Thomas working on his vows. Laura had the computer right before him doing the same thing!
That's Thomas' mother with the great hat waiting to walk with him down the isle.
Who ever said being a flower girl or a ring barer was easy?
It's exhausting!
Laura & Thomas did a quick wardrobe change for their surprise first dance!
